Tadabase Data Center Regions
Below is an overview of Tadabase’s region availability, along with the required DNS and builder settings for each region. By default, all applications are hosted in the US. For any other region, there may be an added fee. If you’re uncertain which region your app is hosted in, you can assume it is the US region.

Default Region
- All new Tadabase apps are automatically hosted in the US region.
- If you’re unsure where your app is hosted, it’s most likely in the US.
Finding Your App’s Region
- Go to Settings within any of your apps.
- Under Support, you can see the About section and you'll see the region where your app is hosted.
Important Notes
- Builder Access:
- You can only access apps in the builder for the region they are hosted in.
- You will only see those apps when you log into the region-specific builder URL.
- Custom Domain Setup:
- Point your domain’s CNAME to the corresponding region’s custom domain as listed above.
- API Usage:
- For API calls, use the relevant region endpoint:
api.[REGION_CODE].tadabase.io.
- For API calls, use the relevant region endpoint:
- File Storage:
- Files uploaded in one region are not automatically transferred to another region if you decide to move your app.
- Cross-Region Access:
- It’s technically possible (but not recommended) to load an app from a different region, which will be slower and is planned to be deprecated.
- SSO with Google in the Builder:
- Google SSO for builder logins is currently only available for the US region. If your app is in another region, please ensure you have an email/password login method set up.
- Added Fees for Other Regions:
- Hosting in any region besides the US may involve additional costs.
