What are Multi-Step Forms?

Multi-step forms allow you to take a large form filled with many different fields and group the fields together into different steps or pages. This process makes the form much easier for users to fill out because they can follow a guided process, moving from step to step, and completing all the necessary fields before finally saving the form.

Configuring a Multi-Step Form

To configure a multi-step form, you simply use a regular form component on any given page inside your application.

1. Click the Add New Step button in the upper right-hand corner.
2. For each step you add, you’ll get a new tab at the top where you can place your fields, depending on which step they belong to.
3. You can edit each step to customize options like the icon position or the actual icon itself.

Customization Options

Multi-step forms offer various customization options:

• You can choose how you want to display the form’s progress.
• You can decide whether to use the default Previous and Next buttons, or place your own using the options provided on the left.
