Standard Exports

There are primarily 3 standard ways of exporting data from within your app. This article doesn't cover exporting using templates which you can find in the next article in this category. 

1. In the Data Builder
2. From a Table Component

Exporting from the data builder

Exporting from the data builder will export all the records fully without any filters or conditions applied. 

Navigate to the data table you wish to export and click Export:

Once the export completes which will take time depending on the size of the export, you can click the Download link to download it. 

You do not need to remain on this page and can come back to check on the status later. You will see the export status appear as the export progresses. 

Keep the following in mind: 

• Downloads are available for a few days after being exported
• If you have very large exports that contains millions of records let us know and we can enable a beta feature called Rapid Exports which rapidly increases the export. This has limitations on how many columns can be exported at one time. 

Exporting from the app

To export from the app, you need to enable the Export feature from within the table component. 

1. Open any Table component 
2. Select Options
3. At the bottom enable the Export feature. 

Exports from here will only export the records that this specific component allows you to see.
